Britehorn Securities Welcomed 31 New Representatives to its Broker-Dealer Platform in 2025

2025 has been a banner year for Britehorn Securities as we welcomed an exceptional group of 31 new investment banking, M&A advisory and private placement professionals to the platform. Each brings unique perspective, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support their work and honored by their trust in us as we partner together in the years to come.

Meet our new representatives:

Benjamin Brickweg (Sagewood Business Advisors)

Ben has worked with over 2,000 business owners, guiding them in growing, protecting, and successfully selling their companies. He leads multiple ventures, including a legal firm, a thought-leadership platform, and Sagewood Business Advisors — a boutique M&A firm specializing in businesses built on resilience, craftsmanship, and hard work. 

David Moran & Tyler Moran (Peak 8 Securities)

David brings extensive experience in income strategies, reinsurance, and business consulting to Britehorn Securities. Recently, he teamed up with his son Tyler to establish Peak 8 Securities, a Colorado-based firm specializing in institutional capital-raising. 

Justin Wines (Industrial iB)

Justin joins us with more than 15 years of direct deal experience, having successfully sold over 100 businesses. He brings a strong background in business ownership transitions, middle-market transactions, and advisory services. 

Benjamin Mann (AKM Capital)

Ben brings substantial experience in capital raising and investment banking services through his firm, AKM Capital Advisors. He is focused on institutional equity, debt, and hybrid securities for direct‐investment companies.  

William “Bill” Shearer, Michael Martinez, Brooks Lin (HCM Advisors)

Bill is a veteran healthcare investment banker who has developed deep expertise in private placements, M&A in the healthcare & life-sciences sectors, and complex strategic advisory engagements. Together with Michael Martinez and Brooks Lin, he formed HCM Avisors to provide top-notch healthcare and life-science advisory services. 

Mark Lucas (Permit Capital Realty)

Mark comes to Britehorn with a specialty in real-estate-adjacent capital markets and private-placement transactions through Permit Capital Realty. 

Christine Levang (Tracer Ventures)

Christine brings to Britehorn a strong background in structuring capital-markets solutions, alternative asset advisory, and entrepreneur-owned business transitions. Based in Canada, Christine specializes in connecting U.S. investors to secondary transactions and capital solutions for innovative, technology-enabled businesses.

Carsten Beith (Beith Capital Advisory) 

Carsten Beith, former Vice Chairman at Cain Brothers and a recognized leader in healthcare M&A, joins us with his new firm, Beith Capital Advisory. With deep experience advising start-ups, early-growth companies, health systems, and physician groups, BCA partners with clients to improve the cost, quality, and access of healthcare in the U.S. and globally.

Brad Brumbaugh (Helix Health Capital Advisors)

Brad Brumbaugh specializes in guiding healthcare companies and investors through complex M&A, capital raising, and strategic financial decisions. He joins the Britehorn team through his Helix Health Capital Advisors, which is exclusively focused on M&A and financial strategy in the healthcare sector. 

Juan Moreno Rovira, Gary Shields, Zidane Tarek (Nassau Street Partners)

Nassau Street Partners operates as a seasoned advisory firm specializing in capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, debt advisory, and strategic partnerships. Led by Juan Moreno and Gary Shields, and with 75 years of combined capital markets experience, Nassau leverages their expertise to deliver innovative financial solutions to a wide range of clients. 

CDX Advisors

CDX previously owned and operated its own broker dealer and selected Britehorn Securities when it made the decision to outsource this function and bring over nine registered reps. CDX is a tech-enabled investment bank that provides a unique set of services to growth companies in the new digital economy. 

Zachary Kuzemka, Eddi Zyko, James "JT" Taylor (National Business Brokers)

Founded in 1978, National Business Brokers (NBB) has become one of the largest and most experienced auto dealership M&A advisory firms in the United States. 

Kur Robin (Woodford Hill)

Kur Robin is a senior investment professional and co-founder of Woodford Hill, where he advises founders, investors, and growth-stage companies on capital raising, strategic alternatives, and long-term value creation. 

Michael Stapleton (Stapleton Frost)

Mike is an investment banker and the founding principal of Stapleton Frost. Over the past two decades, Mike has played a key role in more than 100 M&A transactions and has helped raise billions in capital for founders, fund managers, and real estate ventures. Now he leads Stapleton Frost — a full-service private capital, secondary markets, and M&A advisory specializing in healthcare, AI & quantum computing, alternative energy, and real estate.

Luke Boyett (Tridia Partners)

Luke Boyett is a founder and investment banker at Tridia Partners, where he advises growth-oriented companies and investors on M&A, capital raising, and strategic initiatives. With experience spanning advisory, operations, and principal investing, Luke brings a thoughtful, execution-focused approach to helping clients navigate complex transactions.

Clark Becker

Clark Becker is an investment banker focused on M&A, capital markets advisory, and growth strategy execution. Based in Denver, Clark has built his career on supporting middle-market clients through complex strategic engagements, leveraging analytics, market insight, artificial intelligence, and disciplined execution.
