We operate through two complementary arms: Britehorn Partners, a leading middle-market investment bank specializing in mergers & acquisitions and capital formation; and Britehorn Securities, a FINRA and SEC-registered broker-dealer that expertly supports investment banking professionals nationwide — because we understand the challenges they face firsthand.
