We operate through two complementary arms: Britehorn Partners, a leading middle-market investment bank specializing in mergers & acquisitions and capital formation; and Britehorn Securities, a FINRA and SEC-registered broker-dealer that expertly supports investment banking professionals nationwide — because we understand the challenges they face firsthand.

Founded in 2013, Britehorn is led by a senior team of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds across finance, law, operations, and entrepreneurship. With offices in Denver, Colorado and Delray Beach, Florida, we serve clients and representatives across the U.S. and Canada.
